great hotel in the middle of nothing. Quiet...great room, nice workers. Nothing around but Walmart but great place to stay
clean, quiet and easy to get in and out.
Hotel staff was courteous , professional and tried to be as helpful as possible.
Location and that hotel itself. Nicely built, wasn't old or ran down. Hotel looked new and welcoming.
Breakfast was great the first day. The second day we were a little later and couldn't find much we liked.

This was a new facility (3 years old) and, therefore, everything was still fresh appearing. It was clean, comfortable and modern appearing. The plumbing all worked well, as did the A/C and TV. Check-in and check-out with Amy was delightful. She was funny, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was continental with a decent variety of food items. We would, definitely, stay here again.

The Inn was exactly the same as how it is presented online. Very clean and friendly facilities.
Well designed room with everything you need. Clean a cozy. Situated at the edge of small village of Warsaw, about 15 minutes walking distance to center with couple of restaurants and cinema. Whole village is very well maintained and clean, adds nicely to overall experience with Microtel. Good place to explore Letchworth Park from (30 mins drive) or Niagara Falls (1.5 hour drive).
The property was nice, safe location
This was a great place to stay. Had a B&B vide to it. Breakfast was simple and easy. The entire property was clean and was on a quiet street. Helpful staff
Very clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast(waffle maker, set of very tasty sandwiches that can be warmed up in the room with microwave)
